Celebrating Musical Excellence at HAB
By Mr Creasey, Head of Music
It has been an extraordinary term for music at HAB. Our students have shown incredible dedication, creativity and passion — and I couldn’t be prouder of what they’ve achieved both inside and outside the classroom.
Blessed and Fatim Join the National Youth Orchestra
We’re thrilled to announce that Blessed and Fatim from Year 11 have been accepted into the National Youth Orchestra – one of the most prestigious ensembles for young musicians in the UK!
Both are talented members of our Woodwind Trio, performing regularly in concerts and representing HAB with grace and professionalism. Their success is a huge inspiration to all our aspiring musicians.
"Our first rehearsal is in November. I applied online by writing about what music means to me with my grades and achievements. Music is inspirational to me, and a real enjoyment" Blessed.
"Music is really important to me and I incorporated it in everything I do. I listen to music every day, in school I study music, music is everywhere and music is part of my career aspirations"
