Please note candidates who are currently not students at Harris Academy Bermondsey will be required to bring a passport sized photograph and a copy of their birth certificate or latest passport if invited to interview. If you already attend Harris Academy Bermondsey you are not required to submit the identity documentation.

Entry Requirements

Please note our entry criteria for our courses, you will need to meet this criteria to be accepted onto your A level or BTEC course.

At HAB6, students study 3 subjects, there is also the opportunity to complete an EPQ (equivalent to half an A level).

We will run subjects based on interest in each subject, please be aware that your subject choices will be an expression of interest. All offers made are conditional until you receive your GCSE results in August 2026.

The Cambridge Advanced Nationals (AAQ) are new Level 3 qualifications in England, equivalent to A-Levels, for 16- to 19-year-olds. They are specifically designed to support entry into higher education. AAQs combining theoretical learning with practical application, and feature a blend of examination and coursework. AAQs are the equivalent to 1 A level and students can study a mixture of AAQ and A level qualifications.
