Two HAB Students Shine at National Girls Kicks Cup Tournament

Millwall wm

Over the summer holidays, two of our students, Naihara and Shardonae, joined Millwall Community Trust’s Premier League Kicks girls’ team at the Girls Kicks Cup Tournament held at St George’s Park, the home of England Football.

The Millwall team had a fantastic day, finishing 4th out of 24 teams nationwide. Naihara kept goal brilliantly, ensuring a clean sheet right up to the semi-finals, while Shardonae made a huge impact up front, scoring across the group stages and stepping up with confidence in the 1v1 challenge.

This was an unforgettable experience for both of our students, who represented HAB with pride and talent. A big thank you to Merle Redheadling, Project Delivery Officer at Millwall Community Trust, for sharing this wonderful update and photo of the girls outside St George’s Park.

We couldn’t be prouder of them both!
