End Of Term Letter To Parents From The Principal
Dear HAB Families
I write to wish you all a thoroughly lovely summer holiday period and all the very best in the rest of your journey together as a school community as I leave the Academy tomorrow for pastures new.
It has been a delightful end to term here at HAB with much celebration of your child’s achievements, much learning in activities week, the welcome return of school productions and so much more.
It has been a genuine pleasure to teach and lead at HAB for my 12 years here. The school is a phenomenal place because of our phenomenal staff and, most of all, because of your children who are some of the most remarkable, inspiring young people I have had the pleasure of meeting.
Before we close, we have our Academy Sports Day tomorrow morning and we will then begin dismissing students to make their way home from 11.45am. I have included some information that I believe you may find useful below and please do use our website for further updates. Our incoming Principal, Gizle Landman, will be in touch with you in the near future about arrangements for September.
Wishing you much happiness in your futures and thank you for all your support and kindness, always.
Yours,
Rebecca (she/her)
Principal
