Online Safety Workshop for Parents, Fri 3rd April - Book Your Place Now

Harris Academy Social Media PostWe are pleased to be hosting a free online safety and wellbeing talk for parents, on Friday 3 April, 10-11.15am. Why not register now.

The online world is a huge part of our children’s lives, with many positives to be found and challenges to overcome. With topics like inappropriate sharing and screen time constantly in the spotlight, Harris Academy Bermondsey is excited to welcome leading online safety organisation, Digital Awareness UK, to deliver an informal online safety workshop. This event is supported by Vodafone UK.

Parents are invited to attend the event on Friday 3rd April, from 10-11.25am. To secure your free ticket, please sign-up using this Eventbrite link. The workshop is free.

Here, Digital Awareness UK will talk you through:

  1. Popular online apps and digital wellbeing trends
  2. Critical issues for you to be aware of
  3. What steps you can take to protect your children from online risk

There will also be plenty of time to ask questions about any concerns you may have in the home around online safety.
