Turner & Townsend Apprentice Inspires Year 10 with Insight into Real Estate Careers

Year 10 students were given an inspiring insight into the world of real estate this morning as Sabrina, a second-year degree apprentice at Turner & Townsend, visited the school to speak about apprenticeship pathways in the sector.

Sabrina, who is training as a cost manager while completing her degree, shared her journey into the apprenticeship programme and spoke about balancing full-time work with university study. Students heard first-hand what her day-to-day role involves, as well as the skills and experiences she has gained since joining the company.

During the session, Sabrina explained the breadth of the real estate industry and outlined the various sectors within it. She also offered practical guidance on how to apply for a degree apprenticeship at Turner & Townsend, giving students valuable insight into the application stages.

She concluded by highlighting the advantages of degree apprenticeships as an alternative route to university, leaving many Year 10 students motivated to explore apprenticeship options as part of their post-16 choices.
