Year 12 Business, Economics, Health & Social Care Trip to Just Group
Iasmin and Sheryl, Year 12, report on a trip to Just Group, a specialist UK financial services group focusing on the UK retirement income market.
To ensure we gained a full understanding of Just Group employee jobs and how they got there, we were set into groups where workers from the Just Group rotated and gave us the opportunity to ask any questions that we might be interested in.
We gained an insight into how they analyse data to see which other companies would be best to invest in. We also had the opportunity to present our ideas in front of the group and the members from the business.
The trip was outstanding. Talking to the different members of the Just Group team was tremendously helpful, as we got an insight not just into careers but also on the academic journey each member took. We would encourage Mr Oranu to arrange further trips to Just Group.
