Virtual National Junior Indoor Rowing Competition

HAB students recently competed in the National Junior Indoor Rowing Competition (NJIRC virtual), and it was great that London Youth Rowing were able to offer this to us.

The students have immensely enjoyed it! it was a pleasure to kick off the national competition at HAB with support from London Youth Rowing staff. It was impressive how the students embraced the experience and showed a genuine willingness to learn from each other, whilst trying to improve their performance and develop their fundamental rowing skills.

All students were supportive of each other and gave their very best effort, which made me #ProundToBeHAB of them all!

Ms Kelly, teacher of PE
