Year 9 in Live BBC Interview - Report
Year 9 went to the BBC this week as part of BBC School Report News Day.
We were in a special live broadcast about mental health and we got the opportunity to talk to Kamal Ahmed, BBC Economics Editor.
We then got to experience VR technology and 360 degree filming. Some girls got the opportunity to interview Poppy Jamie, who has an app called Happy not Perfect coming out in the near future – they learned about green screen technology too.
The girls have been working on making films for the past four months. They have come up with the ideas, created questions, spoken to teachers and students, and filmed it all themselves. We plan to upload the films for you to enjoy soon.
