Welcome to the Sixth Form

HAB Sixth Form Open Evening will take place on Wednesday 2nd November 2011 between 4.30 and 6.00pm.

HAB Sixth Form - Admissions Criteria

 

Applicants will be considered for a place at HAB Sixth Form providing they meet the following entry admissions criteria:

 

·         Minimum of 5 A*-C GCSE grades (or equivalent) and at least a grade B in the subject they wish to study.

·         English and Mathematics GCSE at grades A*-C, or a willingness to re-sit in Year 12.

 

Proof of identification:

 

External applicants, upon receipt of an offer of a place at the Academy, must supply a proof of identification and main residence. The type of identification may include:

 

Passport

Birth Certificate

Council tax bill

Two currently utility bills (gas, electric, water etc)

NHS registration
